Graduate school in Weihai starts in June, so this was the perfect time for one last adventure. I first arrived in Shanghai and stayed at a friend’s place for the night. The next day, I headed to Hangzhou for a concert. I had actually been to Hangzhou once during my undergrad years—for a Jay Chou concert. Back then, getting tickets was way easier than it is now.
